Some Demon and Angel classification and info according to me.
Elemental Demons/Angels
Fire, Earth, Air, Water, Spirit
Fire Demons/Angels–control fire in different degrees, they are immune to any kind of fire damage
Earth Demons/Angels–control earth in different degrees, they are immune to any kind of earth damage
Air Demons/Angels–control air in different degrees, are immune to any kind of air damage
Spirit Demons/Angels–have the ability, in varying degrees, to sense others thoughts/emotions, some are capable of controlling the thoughts and emotions of other beings, they are immune to outside thought/emotion control.
Weather Demons/Angels
–they control different aspects of weather, some of the weather demons/angels work under an elemental demon/angel who dictates the where and when
Lightening Demons/Angels
Rain Demons/Angels–work under a water elemental demon or angel
Snow Demons/Angels–work under a water elemental demon or angel
Wind-type Demons/Angels–gales, hurricanes, monsoons, tornadoes, etc. they work under an air demon or angel

Lava/Volcano Demons/Angels–control volcanoes

Cosmos Demons/Angels
Order Demons/Angels– control order, their only goal is to achieve their personal view or clan’s view of order.
Chaos Demons/Angels–control chaos, their only goal is to bring about chaos whether it is harmful or helpful chaos is determined by their calling
Light Demons/Angels–these are ruled by the light, darkness is there weakness, they constantly move from place to place following the light. They also bring great joys and healing to those who feel a connection to the light, and sorrow and harm to those who feel a connection to the darkness.
Darkness Demons/Angels–these are ruled by the darkness, light is there weakness, they constantly follow the darkness(night). They also bring great joys and healing to those who feel a connection to darkness, and sorrow and harm to those who feel a connection to the light.
Death Demons–they collect the souls from deceased vessels and take them to where they need to be for their rest periods. These demons receive their orders from the Angel of Death. (NB There is only one Angel of Death and it is always male)
Life Demons–they are responsible for the placing of souls in to the proper new vessel and for the care of the new-born souls until they are assigned guardians and vessels. These demons receive their orders from the Angel of Life. (NB There is only one Angel of Life and it is always female)
In most cases demons and angels share responsibilities, in some cases, a group of demons are given orders by an angel or a group of angels are given orders by a demon.
Some types of angels/demons came about due to the mixing of races. Some are altered by magic, as is the case with the Angels of Life and Death. They are almost always the offspring of their predecessor, but the angel genes lay dormant within a demon, and the demon genes lay dormant in an angel. The Angels of Life and Death are always angel/demon offspring. When a child of these angels is chosen to become the next one magic is used to activate the dormant genes.
For Example:
The Angel of Death is ‘retiring’ so
A) one of his demon sons are chosen, the angel genes that are dormant within this child must be awaken in order for the child to achieve the black feathered wings of the Angel of Death. Since demons do not have feathered wings, if they have wings.
B) one of his angel sons are chosen, the demon genes must be awaken for the same reason as a demon son. As the only color of wings an angel can not be born with is the purest of white and black. So it is the demon genes that cause their wings to go black.
The same goes for the Angel of Life, when one of her daughters are chosen. Except that her wings are of the purest white and it is the joining of the 2 gene sets that bring about this color.
Now I guess your wondering how an Angel of Death/Life who mates w/another angel could have a child chosen. Well its simple.
The child of the Angel of Death/Life and another angel still inherits the demon genes from the Angel of Death/Life as the Angel of Death/Life is a mix of the 2 gene types and passes both sets on to his/her offspring. Its just that the demon genes go dormant and the angel genes are used to create the angel offspring.
They also must be neutral in nature to be chosen, since sometimes a choice must be made that could be classified as positive or negative.
For Example:
To the majority, a child’s death is seen as a negative event. Therefore a positive would be unable to comply. But to most a murderer’s death is seen as a positive event (if truly guilty). Therefore a negative would be unable to comply.
The same is true with Life.
A new soul maybe destined for great things bringing about many positive events in its many lifetimes, which would go against a negatives nature.
Whereas a soul maybe destined to bring great sorrow, pain and many negative events in its many lifetimes, which would go against a positives nature.
The demons of Life and Death are not ruled by this distinction. They can be any of the 3 natures. Its just a positive death demon would not be sent to collect a soul who’s vessel’s passing is viewed by the majority as negative. And vice versa.
A negative life demon would not be given the task of overseeing a new soul that is destined to do mainly positive things and vice versa.
Our nature makes us who we are, and what we do. This is the same for all things in the cosmos. We may try to defy our nature, but Creator will never ask us to do such a thing. That is the gift of free will. We are free to embrace our natures or to try to defy it.
There are many different types of angels and demons. Over the course of my lifetime. I hope to list all of them. Why I say ‘lifetime’, is that there is pretty much a demon/angel that is in tune with every force, material, in the cosmos both known and unknown to man. And there are many that I have yet to have the pleasure of meeting.
What makes an angel, an angel? It is their wings. All angels have feather-type wings and a humanoid appearance.
Demons come in many different appearances. The only thing that they do not have are feather-type wings. If they do have wings, they have wings of a different type IE: dragon type, bat type, or made up of element, a fire elemental, may have wings of fire.
When demons and angels mate (excluding the Angels of Life and Death whose offspring take on the appearance of their mates race). There is one set of genes that go dormant. For example: an angel female and a demon male mate. They produce a son. The son will have both set of genes but only one set will control how he will look. If his mother’s genes become the dominate gene then he will be an angel, but if his fathers genes are dominate, he will be a demon. All children of these two parents will be the same type. If two mixed angels or demons mate, then it is possible for them to have any combination within their children. For the two dormant genes could become the dominate genes in some of the offspring and not in others. But they will continue to carry the other gene set as a dormant gene.
